A Whole New World

people-on-stage

We have sold a property at 6523 Pimlico Way in Richmond

You’ve probably seen a few homes by now. Some checked a few boxes. Some almost worked. But very few feel effortless the moment you walk through the door. This one does. At Pimlico, life unfolds a little more easily. The main floor was designed for real living, with generous spaces that flow naturally between kitchen, dining, and living. Whether you’re hosting friends, helping with homework, or simply keeping an eye on the backyard while dinner is cooking, everything feels connected in the best way. Upstairs are three truly functional bedrooms, not the kind where you compromise on space. Each room comfortably accommodates both a queen bed and a desk, creating flexibility for growing families, guests, students, or work-from-home life. And then there’s the backyard. Fenced, private, and genuinely usable. A quiet extension of the home where summer dinners linger a little longer, kids or pets can roam freely, and mornings start with coffee in the sun instead of looking out onto another tower. Pimlico is also a community people stay in for a reason. The strata is exceptionally well maintained, with amenities that are increasingly hard to find: an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and beautifully cared-for grounds that create a true neighbourhood feel. The location quietly delivers everything you need. Cook Elementary is just a short walk away, Brighouse Station and Richmond Centre are nearby, and access to transit, shopping, restaurants, and UBC connections make day-to-day life remarkably convenient. Whether you’re raising a family, downsizing into something more manageable without giving up space, or securing a home for a child attending university, this is the kind of property that adapts beautifully to different chapters of life. Comfortable. Connected. Easy to grow into. Even easier to stay.
