Ruthie Shugarman was an outstanding support to our family in buying our new home. She spent time getting to know us and helping us to define our needs-and-wants list, always encouraging us to think outside the box. She was on top of all listings and researched background on promising properties. She took care of every logistical detail (including bringing a DVD for our kids to watch on a day she knew we had no sitter!) She gave us useful feedback and all the space we needed to consider, yet when we were ready to offer, she moved quickly, calmly and provided superb strategic advice through the bidding process which ultimately got us our new home. Ruthie was wonderful to work with -- professional, warm, talented and with a clear passion for her work and her clients.
