New property listed in Shaughnessy, Vancouver West

New property listed in Shaughnessy, Vancouver West

We have listed a new property at 5362 Cypress Street in Vancouver
Call Ruthie and Paige to book your private showing today. 5362 Cypress Street is a masterclass in marrying old-world character with modern luxury; an extraordinarily rare opportunity to own a home designed by acclaimed interior designer Gillian Segal and impeccably executed by EYCO Construction. Thoughtfully curated and utterly one-of-a-kind, every room feels collected rather than decorated, blending heritage charm with a level of sophistication rarely seen in Vancouver. The heart of the home balances warmth and elegance in equal measure. Original details and timeless architecture are layered with bespoke finishes, rich textures, and beautifully considered spaces that feel both elevated and effortlessly livable. Sunlight pours through the home, illuminating intimate gathering spaces, quiet reading corners, and rooms designed for connection. Upstairs, the primary suite is nothing short of a retreat. Soft, serene, and cocoon-like, it feels as though you're waking up in a cloud. French doors open to an exceptionally private balcony surrounded by lush greenery—an idyllic spot for morning coffee, afternoon sun, or an evening cocktail beneath the trees. The lower level was designed for living well. Whether it's movie nights, board games, sleepovers, or casual evenings with friends, the space invites lounging and lingering. A dedicated laundry room brings practical luxury, while the detached gym offers a private wellness escape just steps from the house. Outside, the property unfolds into a resort-worthy backyard. A stunning pool anchors the landscape, surrounded by mature greenery and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. The expansive rear deck was made for long summer dinners, celebrations, and effortless entertaining, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Stylish without trying too hard. Luxurious without feeling precious. Historic yet completely current. 5362 Cypress Street is a rare design statement and an even rarer place to call home.
