A Whole New World

New property listed in Main, Vancouver East

New property listed in Main, Vancouver East

We have listed a new property at 135 43rd Avenue E in Vancouver
FIRST OPEN HOUSES: Wednesday, October 14th 10:30-12, Sunday, October 18th 2-4. A Little South of France. A Lot of Vancouver. And a Hidden Gem You Never Saw Coming. Tucked away behind an unassuming streetscape is one of those homes that makes you wonder, how did I not know this was here? Welcome to 135 E 43rd Avenue, a charming detached home with a little South of France soul, fabulous natural light and personality in spades. And here’s the twist: priced in half-duplex territory, but with the freedom of owning your own land, your own four walls and even a detached garage. Now that’s something worth discovering. Inside, oversized windows flood the home with natural light, while beautifully connected living spaces and a gorgeous renovated kitchen make everyday life feel just a little more special. Think lazy Sunday mornings, long dinners with friends and doors open to the courtyard on a warm summer evening. Upstairs, two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer a lovely balance of comfort and style. But keep going, because the top floor might just steal the show. A fabulous loft-style den, with potential as a third bedroom, opens onto a sun-drenched south-facing terrace. Morning coffee, afternoon reading, a creative escape or your own little rooftop retreat. Très chic. And then there’s the courtyard. Private, paved and practically begging for a long table, a few olive trees in terracotta pots and a bottle of rosé. All the romance of outdoor living without a sprawling lawn demanding your weekends. A detached garage adds another layer of practicality and value. With parks, neighbourhood shops and the Canada Line nearby, you’re beautifully connected to the city while feeling like you’ve discovered your own little escape. The charm of a European hideaway. The independence of a detached home. The price of a half duplex. Some homes just have that je ne sais quoi. This is one of them.
